Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the ACoP8 Planning Committee, I am excited to extend a special invitation to you to attend the eighth American Conference on Pharmacometrics (ACoP8), to be held from October 15th to October 18th, 2017.   

The meeting will take place at the Marriott Resort: Harbor Beach Hotel, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, providing us a beach front experience as well as an oceanview backdrop. As every ACoP meeting continues to expand our knowledge sharing opportunities, ACoP8 is on track to carry on that tradition. Our Program Chairs and Committee are arranging for exceptional lecturers leveraging contributions from the ISoP community as well as from the newly formed special interest groups (SIG) for both quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) and statistics. (SxP).  In addition, the preconference entitled “Systems Pharmacology: From Innovation to Impact” will be sponsored by the ISoP QSP SIG and will include an optional sunrise session as an introductory tutorial to this emerging field. There will also be tutorials, vendor sponsored workshops, presentations, and posters covering our innovative research and technology. In addition, ACoP8 will provide a venue for networking with friends and colleagues from across the globe.

We would like to also thank the ACoP7 Planning Committee, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and attendees for making ACoP7 a huge success! We would like to congratulate the 2016 ISoP award winners and newly inducted 2016 ISoP fellows. These awards are an important way to recognize the contribution of our members. Please consider your nominations for the 2017 awards and fellows.
